I was looking forward to this wedding for such a long time! Megan has been one of my good friends for a long time now and I was so excited to see her get married. She was a bridesmaid at my wedding and I was honored when her and her family asked me to be the photographer for her.
Joey and I got there early and walked around the beautiful Manor House venue. There was a garden right behind the ceremony area and the facilities were just incredible. The family portraits we got were amazing because of the beautiful old mansion in the background. Megan and David could not stop smiling the whole day. David comes from a military family so it was cool to see him, his best man and his father in their uniforms.
Megan and David decided to do a first look and David was so giddy when he saw her. That is one of my favorite moments on a wedding day; when the groom sees his bride for the first time. David was so happy at that moment and I could tell they were so in love. The ceremony went off without a hitch and inside the reception area was a very rustic feel. A lot of the people at the reception were people I have known for a long time because they were mostly from my home church. It was such an incredible day and being able to capture my friend's beautiful day is something I will never forget!
